One website, three audiences: buyers, vendors and investors

A Squarespace site for Xenova Developments, a Liverpool property developer. Three routes in from the homepage, before-and-after project reveals, and a portfolio that grows as the homes do.

Xenova buys tired two- and three-bed terraces in Liverpool and the Wirral, refurbishes them and sells them on. That means one website has to talk to three very different people: a first-time buyer looking for a finished home, a vendor wondering whether to sell a property that needs work, and an investor weighing up whether to back the next project.

What I built

A Squarespace site organised around those three audiences. The homepage splits into three panels straight after the intro (for buyers, for vendors, for investors), each with its own call to action, so nobody has to read past content meant for someone else. Completed projects are shown as before-and-after reveals you hover or tap to flip, which does more to sell a refurbishment than any paragraph could, and each one links through to a growing Portfolio. An About section introduces the two founders and the fifteen years of estate agency experience behind the business; an Invest page takes the third audience further.

The result

A site that reads as an established developer from day one, with a portfolio structure the founders can add to themselves as each house completes.
