A calm, credible website for a London psychotherapy practice
A Squarespace site for Vikara: Gestalt psychotherapy across three London locations and online, with services, credentials and booking laid out so a nervous first-time visitor can find their way in.
A UKCP-registered Gestalt psychotherapist offering individual, relationship and group therapy from three London locations (Mayfair, Russell Square, Hackney) and online. The person arriving at a therapist’s website is often anxious and comparing several practices at once, so the site had to earn trust quickly: what kind of therapy, for what, where, what it costs to find out, and how to book, all without feeling clinical.
What I built
A Squarespace site with a quiet, dark palette and a single clear action, “Book an initial session”, repeated at the top, in each service block and at the foot of the page. The three services sit side by side with an expandable “What to expect” under each, so the detail is there for those who want it and out of the way for those who don’t. Credentials (UKCP registration, insurers accepted) and locations are set out as short, scannable facts, with a dedicated Locations page and a Book page behind them.

The result
A practice website that a nervous first visitor can read in a minute and act on, with the therapist in control of the copy and the booking path from here on.
